Harley graduated with Academic Distinction from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Communication and Media in 2021 as a member of Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. She will be pursuing an M.B.A. in Marketing beginning in the Fall of 2023.

Harley has been working professionally in the social media and marketing industry since 2017. In 2022, she founded Maven Media and Marketing, LLC and currently manages a portfolio of Social Media and Digital Marketing Accounts. Despite a focus on small businesses, Harley excels at navigating the Tourism Industry and has coordinated organic placements on national platforms including Good Morning America and USA Today for her clients.

Full-time, Harley works as a Digital Marketing Specialist within the luxury real estate industry, progressing from working locally in two offices, to assisting offices throughout the state of Colorado.

Alongside professional endeavors, Harley strives to push limits in all aspects of her life and spends her weekends backpacking in the Rockies, summiting Colorado “14-ers,” kayaking, or finding a new pursuit entirely, such as completing the Highest Zipline in North America or Skydiving.
